Location, staff, comfort and neighborhood. Everything was very good, except for the bathroom that didn’t have an outlet to my hair dryer. I have lots of hair! Those that hotels provide are not adaptable to the volume of hair I have. All the hotels should provide professional hair dryers. The hotel is near the train station and the tram. Walking distance to the Carré d’Or and the best french fashion and design brands stores. Team easy going yet attentive to all the details and safety of guests. I highly recommend it.

It's a lovely hotel with tea/coffee maker, mini fridge, AC, lift. Room was a comfortable size. Staff is very helpful and the location is just amazing. On Jean Medcin with all shopping and restaurants on the street. Nice Ville station very near, Notre Dame d Assumption next to the hotel. Place Massena, old town and promonade within walking distance. Jean medcin station fr Tram 2 to airport 4 minutes away. Lovely bfst with cold meats, cheese, cereals, juices, breads. We loved staying here

We loved the location, it is really close to everything. We could easily reach the Beach, the train station, main plazzas, bars and restaurants. The room was clean and the staff really nice and helpfull. Our plane landed very early in the morning and they were kind enough to let us leave the luggage at the hotel until the hour of the check-in. It is a bit noisy due to the fact that there is a tram line nearby, but it couldn't be otherwise, as it is very central.

Good hotel in great location right on the main street of Nice and 5 minutes walk from Nice Ville station. Tram stops just out the front also and walking distance to the beach and old town. Older hotel but has nice comfortable big rooms. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Very happy with our stay here. Room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom, one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had yet with a great variety. Handy location- right on the main shopping street. Staff all friendly

Philippe at the reception was very friendly, the location is great right on the main street and the room was comfortable, warm and almost perfectly clean

The hotel was exceptionally convenient to transport to get around the French Riverina. Shopping to department stores and restaurants/cafes was a 5 to 10 minute walk or less. Phillip, the evening concierge was so helpful with helping us get the tram passes and great things to see. Room service everyday were fantastic. This made our stay at Beat Western Alba so special. We will recommend this hotel to friends and family that want to stay in the heart of Nice.

Excellent location, nice and big enough room. Coffee machine and bottle of water available each day. I liked the toilet was separated from bathroom.

it’s in middle of downtown and have everything around jus like 5-10 mins . beach station and all essentials are easy to access

Location was super! Extremely close to everything, with the tram stop literally at the door, the train station around the corner, a little bakery up the road, a small supermarket, and if you’re into takeaways, there’s a Burger King next door, and McDonald’s a little up the road. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. The bed, well…it was one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in! Even the pillows were so comfy! And the aircon was ice cold. Would definitely recommend staying here!
